My wedding packages include between six and ten hours of coverage, with the flexibility to add additional time if needed. Whether you’re planning something special whilst getting ready, or an after-party to continue the celebrations, extra hours can easily be added to ensure every part of your day is beautifully documented.
Cost per additional hour is $500
Wedding days are full of fleeting moments, quiet tears, bursts of laughter, and everything in between. Having a second photographer ensures that more of those moments are captured, allowing your story to be documented from multiple perspectives throughout the day.
Personally I like to choose the photographers I work with, someone I trust, whose style complements my own, and who shares the same approach to documenting a wedding day. I then edit every image myself, ensuring your final gallery feels seamless and consistent. Working as a team allows us to capture every part of your celebration.

An engagement session is a wonderful opportunity for us to get to know each other before your wedding day, while helping you feel relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera.
Many couples choose to use their images for invitations or wedding stationery, but the session is equally valuable as a way to capture this special chapter of your lives together.
Engagement sessions are available to my wedding couples at a special rate of $750.
I’m always delighted to travel for weddings, whether regionally or further afield. Travel can be included in a tailored quote. Simply share your plans when you enquire.
Local weddings - I offer no charge for travel within 80km of Cairns. For anything outside of that, there may be a travel fee.
While my focus is photography, videography can be arranged through my partnership with Jade Films under our collaborative brand, Collide.

To Book - 20% NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is to be paid & my contract signed in order to hold your wedding date.
The booking fee forms part of your total package price, the remainder will be due one month prior to your wedding date.
Consultation - All packages include all pre-wedding consultation and communication with Katie throughout the planning process.
Delivery - All images are fully edited and delivered in high res via a password protected secure online gallery. Full gallery delivered within 8-10 weeks.
